Chicken Thawing - Restock chicken in thawing cabinet continuously (except Saturday)

Clean and sanitize transfer pans and utensils every 4 hours

Break down and clean leting station

Break down and clean breading table

Verify that all chicken in thaw cabinet and breading table is covered, dated and labeled

Weekly cleaning of thaw cabinet

Perform weekly cleaning of thaw cabinet

Move all chicken to different thaw cabinet

Clean and sanitize entire thaw cabinet
