Our passion for coffee shops began with the amazing coffee that Birch Coffee in NY makes. We help our friends to reduce the time spent on audits and optimize auditors' work time. Birch Coffee isn't in London yet, but we are. And Coffee Shop Innovation Expo for us was a must-go, our journey for new coffee shop experience :)

Those were great two days! We met a lot of interesting people, many of whom we hope will become our friends, and attended the sessions, shows. In general we just had a good time!

Moreover! Our CEO Andrey Podgornov was a keynote speaker at Measures that Drive Performance of Any Coffee Shop Business session and it was jolly good!

Kudos to the organizers and we are looking for new great shows ahead. We will definitely come next year!
