Sales & Implementation Manager
Role Overview
QVALON is looking for a Sales & Implementation Manager based in Riyadh to lead the sales, implementation, and training for our SaaS auditing platform. In this role, you’ll drive the sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals and ensure seamless implementation of QVALON’s solutions. You’ll also provide hands-on training for customers and work closely with our field teams to optimize platform adoption and success.

Key Responsibilities
✔ Sales Leadership: Lead sales efforts by identifying and engaging with potential customers in the retail sector, with a focus on closing new business.
✔ Implementation & Training: Manage the seamless onboarding and implementation process, ensuring clients are up and running quickly and effectively. Provide hands-on training and support for staff to drive platform adoption.
✔ Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact during the implementation phase and beyond, ensuring customer satisfaction and success.
✔ Solution Customization: Tailor QVALON’s platform to meet the unique needs of each client, ensuring they see measurable improvements in operational efficiency.
✔ Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, marketing, and support teams to enhance customer experience and drive long-term success.
Requirements
✔ Experience:** 3+ years of experience in SaaS sales, customer success, or field management roles.
✔ Sales & Implementation: Proven track record in sales and delivering successful SaaS implementations.
✔ Technical Understanding: Ability to understand and communicate the technical aspects of QVALON’s platform.
✔ Customer-Centric: Strong focus on customer success with the ability to manage expectations and build lasting relationships.
✔ Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify and solve operational inefficiencies and translate them into business improvements.
✔ Location: Must be based in Riyadh with the ability to travel within the region.
✔ Language: Proficiency in Arabic and English.
Additional Information
✔ CR: Commercial Registration is due to be opened in the future.
✔ Iqama: Iqama expenses will be covered based on performance and results.
✔ Salary: Competitive salary between SAR 8,000 - 10,000, based on experience.
